RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
- To ensure swift and hassle-free shipping, minimize unforeseen expenses, and responsibly evaluate and recycle returned items, we need to apply a 10% return Restocking fee. This fee covers return shipping and restocking costs.
- Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label for a fastest, easy and effective return process.
- We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK:
- If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of your PuurSmile Water Flosser product, email a customer care representative at support@puursmile.com or contact the phone - +1 (786) 224-5801.
- Once approved, return your order (in its original packaging) with the Prepaid Shipping label that one of our skin care experts support agent will provide
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible requests will be deemed invalid.
- Once returned, your order purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only.
- We offer a 1-year warranty for all products due to defects and will offer a replacement device if past the 30 days time period.
